PUMICE POZZOLAN

Pozzolans have been used for millennia in cementitious materials dating back to the Roman Empire. The benefits of Pumice pozzolans have been well documented and include attributes such as improved concrete plastic properties, higher strength, enhanced durability, lower permeability, and resistance to both Alkali Silica Reactivity (ASR) and Sulfate attack.

South Chemult Pumice Resources is committed to expanding its product line to include natural Pozzolan and is in the process of building a state of the art processing, storage, and distribution facility. We recognize the important role that this product will play in creating both a better performing concrete mixture, and reducing our carbon footprint.

Centrally located in Oregon on the shared UP/BN rail line, we have the capability of shipping significant volumes over great distances at competitive shipping rates. Trucking is also available from our location via hoppers or pneumatic trailers.
